Encore has recorded significant growth in recent years and now oversees an extensive portfolio stretching from Cambridge across East Anglia, down to Central London. As we've grown, we've never lost sight of the company's original aim - to manage property as though we live there. Resultantly, Encore has been recognised on several occasions for its commitment to exceptional service provision, alongside individual team members who've also shone.
Best UK Porter of the Year 2009
- Isy Barrett - Best UK Porter of the Year
Encore introduced the first example of residential concierge to Cambridge, with the launch of The Belvedere in 2007. December of last year saw our head porter and building manager there, Isy Barrett, go on to scoop the Best UK Porter of the Year award at News on the Block's Property Management Awards 2009. Of the 10,000 residential porters working in the UK today, Isy was the only female to be entered into the category, let alone shortlisted as a finalist. Her win was a huge achievement, personally and for the company overall.
