
Maintaining standards 
In addition to general estate management, the building management is jointly co-ordinated between the Estate Manager and the on-site team,  and in accordance with the terms and/or documentation supplied by the developer.
Services may include emergency light testing, legionella testing (where appropriate), lift maintenance, and the servicing of water pumps and smoke vents. Only specialist or high risk work is sub-contracted. With all other works conducted by Encore, we ensure tighter control of the estate, keeping the service charge budget down.
