Encore bags two nominations for the Negotiator Awards 2010

Encore has been shortlisted as a finalist in two categories at this year's Negotiator Awards.

 

The Negotiator Awards 2010, organised in association with The Digital Property Group, FindaProperty.com, Globrix.com and Primelocation.com, is billed as the leading nationwide estate agency awards scheme in the UK trophies will be presented at a glittering awards ceremony hosted by TV and radio comedian Fred MacAulay, at the Hilton Hotel in London's Park Lane on Wednesday 10 November.

 

Part of Chard Robinson Group, Encore has been shortlisted alongside fellow group company Accent Property (nominated for four awards), as well as Chard Robinson Group itself (in the running for two titles). Encore will in fact go head to head with Accent Property in the Green Champion of the Year category, and will also be looking to take home the coveted Block Manager of the Year trophy, which Encore just missed out on in 2008.

 

Clare Bettelley, editor of The Negotiator, says: "We've had a terrific response this year, so Encore has done brilliantly to get shortlisted, particularly when up against such an extensive list of outstanding firms in its field. Agents continue to face a challenging market, but this doesn't seem to be enough to hold back their talent, entrepreneurialism and creativity."
