A new instruction from Freshwater Estates

Encore has been instructed by Freshwater Estates of Ely to oversee the estate management of 114 units at Ullswater, near Huntingdon.
This stunning development, which consists of 106 apartments and 8 townhouses, is due for completion towards the end of 2008.
Estate manager Gordon Ferguson said: "we're very excited about this new relationship and look forward to delivering a high standard of service to both residents and Freshwater Estates."
