Encore has been selected as the local agent to oversee estate and block management at 16 Trumington Road, Cambridge.

Built on the site of the former Meadowcroft House Hotel, developer Ashwell has managed the maintenance of the site up until now, carrying the development through its construction and snagging phase.

Now complete, just one apartment remains for sale (at the time of going to press) with all other units now occupied.

 

Encore's instruction by Ashwell follows continued successes and increased referrals in and around the Cambridge area. Encore's dedicated team of caretakers and gardeners now working on-site at 16 Trumpington Road, backed by the estate management team in the local Cambridge head office.
