CCTV surveillance for Warren Close, Cambridge

New security cameras will "provide peace of mind for landlords, lessees and tenants."

were delighted to hear recently that efficient management of the site over the past year has enabled Encore to fund the installation of a complete CCTV surveillance system.
The new cameras, being fitted over the coming weeks by a specialist team from Baulogic, will increase security across the development, which sees heavy footfall from commuters cutting through on their way to and from Cambridge railway station.
Estate manager Gordon Ferguson hopes to be able to introduce similar initiatives elsewhere, adding: "security at our sites sits at the top of the Encore agenda. The cost of this installation has been met through a combination of accurate budgeting, prudent spending and the increased efficiency of our operation across the board. The new CCTV equipment will enable us to monitor Warren Close even more closely, and provide peace of mind for landlords, lessees and tenants."
