Encore wins block management contract at Temple Court, London

Encore has been instructed to manage Temple Court, a former synagogue in East London.

Built in 1876, the site, located on Rectory Square, was converted just over ten years ago into 26 apartments.

The instruction is the latest in a number of developments in and around London over which Encore is to assume management.

The Encore team moves in on August 1st 2009.
