Encore lessees can put themselves in the running to win a John Lewis gift voucher to the tune of £250 by taking our online survey.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our service levels across every aspect of our business, we would like to hear how lessees think we're doing. Perhaps there's something you think that we do particularly well, or maybe you have a suggestion as to how we might do things even better?
