Straightening out block management at Regency Square, Cambridge

Encore has been awarded the contract to manage Regency Square, a recently constructed development in Cambridge.
Instructed by the freeholder, the move comes following years of poor management from two other estate management companies. Encore will now be moving on site towards the end of April and straightening things out.
Estate manager Gordon Ferguson said: "we're confident that we can bring the same high standards that we work to at our other sites here to Regency Square. We'll be operating directly with the freeholder, as well as liaising closely with residents to resolve the issues they've been left with.
"A priority will be to introduce new measures
to more stringently monitor the car park and to alleviate the problems currently being experienced as a result of unauthorised parking. More generally, we'll be putting a
whole host of new management structures in
place to ensure our clients at Regency Square
receive an optimum level of service from
hereon in."
