Working with developers in central Cambridge

Encore has been awarded the contract to manage the brand new Ropeworks development, incorporating Harvest House, in Cambridge city centre.
Currently being constructed along Simpers Walk, Abbey Street and New Street, the scheme totals 32 units - nine studio/one-bedroom apartments and 23 three/four-bedroom townhouses. It will see its final phase completed in May 2009.
Working directly with the developer, Encore will be implementing full estate management services shortly.
