Encore keeps expanding

Encore has won a tender for the management of Cambridge's prestigious new residential development on Castle Street - King's Keep.

Built by Enterprise Property Group, the scheme consists of eight apartments across four floors, affording stunning views across Castle Mound towards the historic city centre.

Encore's incoming Estate Manager, Oliver Taylor, said: "Encore is delighted to have been instructed by the developer of King's Keep. Specialising in the estate and block management of select residential developments, Encore is well placed to handle the level of management required here.

"We already look after a number of well-known Cambridge sites - such as Vie, The Belvedere and Warren Close - and King's Keep will really play to our strengths."

The instruction comes shortly after Encore announced its expansion into London, following the acquisition of JP Management.
