Gordon has overall responsibility for the daily operations at Encore including team management and Health & Safety. Gordon also manages a portfolio of properties, effectively liaising with freeholders and Resident Management Companies.
Duncan Johnson - Business Development Manager
Duncan is responsible for securing and integrating new contracts into our business. Using his management experience, he liaises with developers to offer a consultancy service in the planning stages.
Daniel Johnson - Facilities Manager
Daniel deals with negotiating new service and maintenance contracts, block insurance and utility companies. He also manages the caretaking team on a daily basis.
Oliver Taylor - Estate Manager
Oliver has a portfolio of properties to manage and spends his time both in the office and carrying out regular site inspections. Oliver attends regular Resident Management Company meetings.
Dolores O'Reilly - Estate Manager
Dolores manages her own property porftolio, comprising developments in and around Cambridge and further afield into East Anglia. To her role she brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to excellent standards of service provision.
Jason Allen - Head Caretaker
As well as working on some of our sites, Jason carries out staff inductions and training for new team members.
