Caretaker/porter
Location: Cambridge
Hours: 40 hours per week shifts to cover a 7-day week (Monday-Friday, 7am-10pm, with alternate Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-4pm). Flexible hours to suit right candidates.

Encore requires a caretaker/porter to support the building manager in the day-to-day running of this prestigious Cambridge development. Located in the entrance pavilion, you will be the main contact for all residents and visitors. You must be polite, helpful, professional and of smart appearance. You will ensure a clean and well presented environment is maintained in all areas, at all times. As well as office-based tasks, you will also be responsible for ensuring that gardens are impeccably maintained and litter free, paintwork is touched up to keep hallways fresh, common areas are cleaned and basic maintenance of the leisure suite and gymnasium facility conducted. Assistance with refuse disposal and deliveries to the development will also be required. A uniform will be supplied. Salary dependant on experience.
