Encore is runner-up at The Negotiator Awards

The Encore team were delighted to be named runner-up and 'highly commended' in the category of Block Manager of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2008.

The ceremony, which took place at the Hilton Park Lane, London yesterday evening,
was attended by over 500 industry professionals and hosted by comedian Rory Bremner. The event included a champagne reception and dinner, as well as a casino to raise funds for housing
charity Shelter.

Encore's success at the awards rounds off a tremendous year for the company, which has seen the portfolio, staff numbers and our reputation all grow quickly.

Directors Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson said: "to be named runner-up for a national award is a terrific achievement. It underlines our ethical and professional approach towards estate management and our genuine desire to serve our clients well. Well done to everyone."
