Encore shortlisted for national award

Encore has been shortlisted in the category of Block Manager of the Year at this year's
Negotiator Awards, organised in association with findaproperty.com and primelocation.com
The awards, held annually, recognise the highest standards nationally across the property industry. Top achievers in sales, lettings and block management will descend on The Hilton Park Lane on November 11th, when the winners of each category will be announced at an evening ceremony hosted by comedian Rory Bremner.
More than 185 entries in total were received for the awards. Clare Bettelley, editor of The Negotiator magazine said: "we've had a terrific response and Encore has done brilliantly to get shortlisted from such a huge field. This is an industry awash with talent, entrepreneurialism and creativity, so we're delighted we're able to organise a ceremony to reward the firms that are delivering industry best practice."
