Property Management across East Anglia

Encore's head office is near the centre of Cambridge - where the company was founded in 2004. Home to more than sixty members of staff from the finance, legal, IT and operations, HR, facilities and estate management teams, it is centrally located for the many properties we manage across East Anglia.

Our property portfolio stretches across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and into Hertfordshire and Essex, and varies from city centre blocks to countryside estates. Many of the properties under Encore management across this region have been with us for many years - including some that we have looked after from new having been appointed managing agent by the developer.

Properties under Encore management in this region are hugely diverse, both in style and size. We manage mixed-use developments as well as pure residential and while many of our city centre sites utilise Encore-employed porters and concierge, many others depend on the reliability of our mobile caretaking teams who visit the same sites regularly to carry out necessary cleaning, gardening and maintenance. They are supported by an experienced facilities supervisor and carefully vetted roster of specialist local contractors.

Every aspect of management is handled professionally according to our five service pillars:

  • The estate looks great
  • Everything is correct
  • Quick response
  • Good with communication
  • Good with money

There is a genuine team spirit among staff here - and many local and national charity events are enthusiastically supported. In recent years we have supported Children in Need, Comic Relief, East Anglia Children's Hospices, Save the Children and Jimmy's Homeless Shelter to name just a few. Regular nights out are organised by, and for, staff, and this is where the annual family fun day takes place for all employees and their families.

Our Cambridge team is growing so if you think a career in property management might be for you please check out our careers page for details of current vacancies.
