Encore staff are celebrating today with the announcement that the company and some of its staff have reached the finals of this year’s Property Week Management All Stars Awards in a company achievement record FIVE separate categories.Shortlisted companies were announced today (23 August 2019) by trade magazine Property Week.
The “Management All Stars” awards programme was launched in 2016 to celebrate excellence across all sectors of real estate management whether AST, block residential, multi-occupier office and retail, or the industrial and logistics sector. The 2018 event saw over 350 key decision makers gather to celebrate the successes of the past year.
According to Property Week this year saw a record number of entries so Encore will be up against some of the UKs biggest and best managing agents in the Residential Property Manager and Employer of the Year categories, as well as the Customer Service Team Award. Meanwhile Encore’s head concierge at The General in Bristol, and property manager Sam Brown from the company’s London office have been shortlisted in the Unsung Hero and Young Property Manager categories of the Year categories respectively.
Winners will be revealed at a black-tie Awards Dinner at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Wednesday 6 November 2019.
