• Midlands Residential Property Awards in Birmingham

Encore is delighted to have been named Residential Property Management Agent of the Year at the annual Midlands Residential Property Awards which took place on General Election evening - 8 June.

First launched in 2016 by regional publisher Insider Media, the event is designed to honour the remarkable achievements of the resurgent residential sector across the Midlands. The awards ceremony and gala dinner attracted more than 350 guests to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on election night where TV personality Mark Durden-Smith presented awards in a range of categories covering everything from social housing to skills and training.

On selecting Encore as the winner in the Property Management Agent category, the independent judging panel commented: “Encore takes a holistic view of property management, with cost efficiencies and green living at the forefront of its activities. Adding value for clients is at the core of everything this business does.”

Encore founders Neil Robinson and Stephen Chard commented, "We are thrilled to have collected this award on behalf of our hard-working and dedicated team, and particularly pleased that Encore’s efforts to add value for clients have been recognised by the judges. Our staff genuinely believe in going the extra mile to deliver an exceptional customer experience.”

“The Midlands residential property sector is full of innovation and positivity and it’s great for Encore to be a part of that,” added Associate Director Tom Hopson - who heads up Encore’s Midlands operation.

“We’re well placed in Nottingham to serve our growing client base across the region with expansion into Birmingham and the world of the Private Rented Sector,” said Hopson, “and the trust those clients put in us to ensure we manage their developments as they expect is immense; without that we wouldn’t have been in a position to win this award.”
