INFORMATION FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS
Following the tragic events at Grenfell Tower and to ensure safety prevails, we undertook a review of our portfolio. The aim was to identify any buildings of 4 or more levels with cladding made of Aluminium Composite Material (ACM), to follow the recommendation of the Department for Communities and Local Government to sample the cladding of these buildings and determine if the core is made of a material of limited combustibility.
This work has now been completed working in partnership with local fire services where necessary.
Ever since it was founded in 2004, Encore has been building a reputation for delivering excellent customer service together with value for money. Our objective is to care for every property as though we live there ourselves, and it is this philosophy that underpins everything we do - including our absolute commitment to the health and safety of leaseholders and residents at any property managed by us.
If you already own a property within an Encore-managed development then you might find the following information useful. Please do contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you can't find what you are looking for.
