This is a comprehensive document, tailored to your individual sale, which is designed to answer the standard set of pre-sale enquiries contained in an LPE1 form.

The pack can generally be emailed to your solicitors within 5-10 working days after payment. In the interest of data protection and efficiency, we deal solely with the seller’s solicitors (not the buyer’s) prior to completion.
