Support Coordinator - Cambridge

Do you have a keen attention to detail and a questioning attitude? Are you organised, thorough and have intermediate Excel skills? Then we would love to hear from you!

The Support team is mix of IT and operations specialists, who work collaboratively as one team to maintain all software and hardware across the business, they are responsible for managing projects and implementing change, not only ensuring that business policies and procedures are optimised to work effectively, but that we are also using the most cutting edge and up to date software.

Working alongside other co-ordinators, this role will primarily be operational, focusing on providing 1st line Qube user support, data management, and ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.

As the Support team manages the entire infrastructure of the business, there are regular tasks as part of this role which need to be completed on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to ensure the data within our systems is accurate and business compliancy. This being said this is an extremely varied role where no two days are the same and there is always something new to learn.
