Encore Shortlisted at the Property Management Awards

The finalists for this years event by News on the Block magazine have been published, and we are proud to be shortlisted for:

• Regional Property Management Company of the Year – recognising the dedication of our teams in Cambridge, Bristol, Manchester, Nottingham, Peterborough and Sandhurst.
• London Property Management Company of the Year – a testament to the commitment and professionalism of our London team in one of the most competitive and complex markets.
• On-Site Team of the Year – celebrating our outstanding colleagues at Goodmans Fields & City Quarter, for their extraordinary professionalism particularly during a large apartment fire earlier this year. 

Our success in reaching the finals reflects not just the strength of Encore as a business, but the extraordinary dedication of our people across the country. These awards are as much an accolade for our teams as they are for the company – a testament to the hard work, resilience, and care they demonstrate every single day in a challenging and demanding industry.
