The shortlists have been revealed - and we’re thrilled Encore is in the running for Managing Agent of the Year (15,001+ Units) at The Property Institute’s ACE Awards and Residential Property Management Agent of the Year at The Midlands Residential Property Awards (MRPA).

The last 12 months have seen us reach many new milestones - we’ve welcomed our 400th employee, launched our new residents’ app, and continue to build strong relationships with our existing and new clients based on our performance. The shortlisting is recognition for the Encore team and all the hard work they’ve put in to ensure we’ve achieved all of that, whilst delivering a quality service.”
The ACE Awards celebrate excellence in property management, organised by our industry’s leading association - The Property Institute (formerly the Association of Residential Managing Agents and the Institute of Residential Property Management).
Judged by an independent panel, consisting of senior property professionals, the Managing Agent of the Year category will be assessed on strategic vision, operational excellence, delivering value for money, resident communications, staff training and customer service.
Insider Media’s MRPA meanwhile brings together the big successes and major players in the sector across the Midlands - with the Residential Property Management Agent of the Year category highlighting the innovation of the region’s leading managing agents. The rigorous judging process demands demonstration of strong financial management, asset enhancement, green initiatives, and an effective response to industry demands.
The winners will be announced at ceremonies on 6 June (MRPA) at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham, and on 21 June (ACE Awards), at the Old Billingsgate in London.
