Double award win sees Encore named Managing Agent of the Year

Encore is celebrating two new award wins - Managing Agent of the Year (15,000+ units) at the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) ACE Awards, and Residential Property Management Agent of the Year at the Midlands Residential Property Awards 2023.

Our biggest seal of approval comes from our clients and customers - when our job has been well done and people see the places they live, work and play in made better as a result of our work.

But perhaps second best is when we receive industry recognition - especially in the shape of award wins

That’s why our brilliant team are celebrating scooping the top accolades at ARMA ACE Awards and Residential Property Management Agent of the Year at the Midlands Residential Property Awards.

Commenting on the awards our CEO, Joaquim Fillola said: “Managing Agent of the Year is a title we don’t take lightly and one that every single member of the Encore team has contributed to.

“Consistently delivering to the highest standards in residential management across a varied portfolio is demanding. To win both Midlands Residential Property and ARMA awards means we are succeeding, and we are grateful to everyone who helps us along the way.”

ARMA is our industry’s governing body, with high exacting standards part and parcel of their sought-after awards. Managing Agent of the Year saw criteria from customer communication to operational excellence across all areas of the business assessed.

Judges at the Midlands Residential Property Awards commented: “Encore greatly impressed with its highly professional and efficient response to a devastating fire at a property it managed.  A standout example of its commitment to service and going the extra mile in the most challenging of circumstances.”

Hundreds of property professionals attended the award ceremonies at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham and Old Billingsgate in central London. The 34 companies and individuals receiving awards over both evenings were not the only winners, with thousands of pounds also being raised for charity.

Summing up what the award wins mean to Encore, Joaquim added: “We are grateful to our clients, who place their trust in us and motivate us to deliver our best, and to our people who are brilliant at what they do.”
