We’re very proud to share that Encore has been shortlisted for Residential Operator of the Year at this year's North West Residential Property Awards. The awards cermeny will take place on 26 February 2026 at Manchester Central, bringing together leading organisations and professionals from across the region’s residential sector.
What makes this achievement particularly meaningful is how recently our North West journey began. We established our Manchester-based regional office in April 2024, and in less than two years our team has made a strong impression in a highly competitive market. Being recognised at such a prestigious regional awards event is a significant endorsement of the quality, commitment and expertise our team brings to everything they do.
