We are delighted to have been appointed by Weston Homes to manage their new flagship Abbey Quay development, set within Barking’s exciting new riverside quarter in East London.
The 6 acre site which formally housed Abbey Retail Park combines the convenience and energy of city life with the community feel of a friendly village. On-site shops, restaurants and communal spaces will help create a vibrant riverside neighbourhood.
Once built, the development will provide 1,089 new homes along with a variety of new retail, commercial and leisure facilities, giving a complete face lift to this section of the River Roding.
