Presented by industry publisher News on the Block, these accolades recognise the outstanding work of our teams nationwide.
This year’s ceremony marked a milestone moment for the industry, with more than 1,100 professionals in attendance - the largest turnout in the event’s 16-year history - to celebrate the very best in residential property management.

The 2025 Property Management Awards took place on 20 November at City Central at the HAC, London, and brought the industry together for a night of recognition and connection hosted by TV personality Paddy McGuinness.
