We’re thrilled to announce Encore has been named Regional Property Management Company of the Year at the 2024 Property Management Awards
The highly sought-after award, presented by industry publisher News on the Block, is well-deserved recognition for our countrywide teams based in Cambridge, the Midlands, Berkshire, Peterborough and our two additions in the past year, Manchester and Bristol.
For our CEO, Joaquim Fillola, the award win validates the hard work of our people and our continued commitment to being the most professional managing agent:

Encore was also announced as a finalist for London Property Management Company of the Year at this year’s Property Management Awards, with our work at a property in Westminster being recognised in the Major Works Project of the Year category, and our site-based team at a development on the South Bank as finalists for Onsite Team of the Year.
The award ceremony for the Property Management Awards was held on 21 November at City Central, at the HAC, London, and saw our industry come together to celebrate our many achievements. Congratulations to all the winners of this year’s awards – we’re looking forward to the next award ceremony, The Negotiator Awards, where Encore has been shortlisted for three categories.
