Just a few days after picking up a Property Management Company Gold at The Negotiator Awards, we were delighted to collect two further accolades at the 2021 Property Management Awards (PMAs) at Old Billingsgate in London.
Being Highly Commended in the Property Management Company of the Year from a shortlist of twelve companies is a huge achievement and one of which the whole team is proud. To receive a second Highly Commended award for Employer of the Year reflects the significant investment we have made in our people and the processes and rewards that help us recruit and retain the best in the industry.
The awards ceremony was this year combined with The Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards and was hosted by expert quizzer and ITV Chaser Paul “The Sinnerman” Sinha. Around 1000 guests gathered to see the presentation of trophies across 15 different categories.
The independent judging panel of experts included ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) CEO Dr Nigel Glen, Director of the BPF (British Property Federation) Ian Fletcher, CEO of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers) Andrew Bulmer and Hon Chairman of the FPRA (Federation of Private Residents’ Associations) Bob Smytherman.
