Encore strikes gold at The Negotiator Awards 2025

What a year 2025 is turning out to be.

We were incredibly proud to collect two Gold awards — Block Management Company of the Year and Property Management Company of the Year — along with a Silver for Employer of the Year at The Negotiator Awards.

These are some of the most respected awards in our industry, so to hear Encore’s name called not once, but three times, was a genuinely special moment for everyone involved.

What makes it even more meaningful is the consistency behind the wins:

  • Property Management Company of the Year – Gold Winner for the fifth year running
  • Block Management Company of the Year – Gold Winner for the third consecutive year

Awards like these don’t belong to one person or one team. They reflect the collective effort of colleagues across the entire business — the property managers solving problems before they escalate, the on-site teams supporting residents day in and day out, the behind-the-scenes teams improving systems, processes and communication. It’s the everyday commitment, care and professionalism of our people that makes this possible.

Our Silver award for Employer of the Year holds a special place for us. We’ve worked hard to build a culture where people feel supported, listened to and able to grow — whether that’s through wellbeing initiatives, professional development, investment in technology, or simply creating an environment where colleagues feel valued. To see that recognised externally is hugely rewarding.

These achievements follow further success at the News on the Block Property Management Awards, including Regional Property Management Company of the Year and On-Site Team of the Year — reinforcing what we already know: when our people thrive, our service thrives.
