The whole Encore team are celebrating after securing five coveted accolades at the annual Property Management Awards (PMAs) and Negotiator Awards ceremonies in London on 23 and 24 November 2023.
After being awarded Highly Commended at the PMAs in front of host Joel Dommett at City Central at the Honourable Artillery Company, just 24 hours later the Encore team went on to receive three Gold awards from hosts Hal Cruttenden and Ronni Ancona at The Negotiator Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane.
In two exciting evenings celebrating excellence across the residential property sector, Encore was awarded:
· Highly Commended – London Property Management Company of the Year (PMAs)
· Highly Commended – Regional Property Management Company of the Year (PMAs)
· Gold – Block Management Company of the Year (Negotiator Awards)
· Gold – Property Management Company of the Year (Negotiator Awards)
· Gold – Employer of the Year (Negotiator Awards)
Together, both events brought together well over 2000 property management professionals from all corners of the UK for two nights of celebration and acknowledgment.
Encore CEO, Joaquim Fillola, expressed his elation at these latest achievements, stating, "Following on from our success at the ARMA Awards earlier this year, where we won both Property Management Company of the Year and the Wellbeing Champion award, these accolades are further recognition of the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
