Following a rigorous shortlisting process, Encore has been judged to be amongst the best in the country for Property Manager of the Year, and recognised for our employee wellbeing strategy in the Health and Wellbeing Initiative category.
“This shortlisting is absolutely a testament to our brilliant team,” commented CEO Joaquim Fillola. “It’s their hard work and passion to deliver the very best standards that has been recognised by the esteemed panel of judges. And it’s particularly exciting that we’re marking this achievement in the 20th year since Encore began.
Throughout those two decades we’ve been unwaveringly committed to professionalism. We see the genuine difference that makes to residents, our clients and our people every day. To have that once again recognised at a national level - this time by the RESI Awards - is hugely validating.”
Our shortlisting for Property Manager of the Year sees our operational excellence, dedication to the highest standards of health and safety and delivery of brilliant customer service celebrated.
Whilst the Health and Wellbeing Initiative category marks our dedication to employee wellbeing through ‘Encore Life’ - a strategy that has been responsible for our team’s high levels of job satisfaction, with 9 out of 10 employees saying Encore is ‘a great place to work.’
“To be shortlisted alongside our peers in both of these categories is a tremendous honour - we look forward to celebrating our industry-wide achievements together at the upcoming ceremony,” added Fillola.
The RESI Awards, organised by one of the UK’s most respected property journals - Property Week, sees an independent panel of senior representatives from a broad range of commercial property organisations, to developers and key industry players, judge companies across a broad range of categories. The final shortlist brings together “exceptional companies that have demonstrated unmatched excellence, dedication, and innovation in the property industry, setting new standards and pushing boundaries.”
The RESI Award winners will be announced on 1 May at a ceremony at Grosvenor House in London.
